Introduction
Moeen Travel & Tours have been serving to piligrims Hajj & Umrah from 2000 under supervised Mian Altaf Hussain.The firm was awarded a quota of 200 in the year 2004 for hajj 2005. As per instructions of the Ministry the firm was converted into a Private limited Company in the year 2005, and paid up Capital of the Company increased with the capital Rs.3.5(M) and thereafter in the year of 2006. paid up Capital has been increased to Rs. 5.0(M) as per requirements of the Ministry.
There has been no complaint whatsoever against us in the previous years and our performance has always been per excellence. The documents attached in the capability / experience section of this presentation prove that the Chief Executive has vast experience in Organizing Hajj Groups. Every time complete quota allocated, was utilized. The number of substitutions has always been much less than the permitted ratio. We have been requesting for increase in the quota but our requests were never acceded to, it is reiterated that if given chance with increase in quota, we shall live up to expectations.
